Billing & plan (TenaBill)
The Billing page shows your merchant's current TenaBill subscription tier and lets you change your plan.

Current plan
The page displays your active plan name, billing interval, and the usage limits that apply to your namespace (e.g. maximum customers, invoices per month, API rate limits).
Change plan
- Review available plans and their included limits.
- Click Change to this plan on the desired plan card.
- Confirm the plan change in the dialog.
Plan changes take effect immediately. Downgrading to a lower tier applies the new limits from the next billing period; if you are already over the new limits you will be notified.
Starter plan
The Starter plan is free and includes a limited number of customers and invoices for evaluation and low-volume merchants. Upgrade when you need higher limits or advanced features like custom branding domains.
Managed billing
If your TenaBill merchant was provisioned by a TenancyEngine ISV application (e.g. VectraLabel), your plan may be managed by that platform. In that case the plan picker is read-only and changes must go through the application settings in TenancyEngine.
