Organization usage overrides (TenaBill)

Set per-organization allowances that override plan defaults for beta partners, enterprise deals, or temporary promotions.

Console: TenaBill → Usage allowances → select an organization (/settings/usage-allowances/organizations/{organizationId})

Effective allowance

For each feature key the console shows:

• Plan default from the organization's current platform tier
• Override (if set) — wins over the plan default
• Effective quantity and overage rate used for metering and dashboards

Set or remove an override

1. Enter included quantity, period, overage price, and optional reason (stored in the audit log).
2. Click Save override for that feature row.
3. Use Remove override to revert to plan defaults.
